Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using GamFundMe as a donor, campaign organizer, or account holder.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Using GamFundMe
GamFundMe helps people create fundraising campaigns, collect donations, and request payouts for approved campaigns in The Gambia.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, starting a campaign, donating, or requesting a payout.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens under your account.
Campaign rules
Campaigns must be honest, lawful, and created for the purpose described on the campaign page.
Campaign organizers must not use misleading stories, fake images, duplicate campaigns, or false beneficiary details.
GamFundMe may review, request more information, pause, reject, or remove a campaign when trust or safety checks require it.
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions made to support a campaign. Donors should review the campaign carefully before donating.
GamFundMe uses payment partners to process payments. A donation may appear as pending until the payment partner confirms it.
A donation is counted toward a campaign only after successful payment confirmation.
Payouts
Organizers may request payout of available campaign funds after donations are successfully completed and the campaign is eligible.
Payout requests are reviewed by GamFundMe before funds are sent through supported payout providers.
Payouts can be delayed, placed on hold, rejected, cancelled, or reversed if there are payment issues, provider issues, suspicious activity, or missing information.
Platform rights
GamFundMe may suspend accounts, pause campaigns, block donations, hold payouts, or restrict access when needed to protect users, donors, or the platform.
GamFundMe may update these terms as the product, payment providers, or legal requirements change.
Continued use of GamFundMe after updates means you accept the updated terms.
Important note
These MVP terms are provided to communicate platform rules clearly. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch.
